Refund policy

Overview

This policy applies to training fees paid to Datapathbase Ltd for workshops, coaching, and review clinics. Printed chart packs and replay access are part of the training service, not separate physical goods with shipping.

Structure Shift Workshop

• More than 14 days before start: Full refund of fees paid, or transfer to a later cohort at no charge.
• 7–14 days before start: Fifty percent refund, or full transfer to a later cohort.
• Less than 7 days before start: No refund; transfer to a later cohort if a seat is available (one transfer per booking).
• Deposit (£150): Refundable only when cancellation is more than 14 days before start; otherwise deposit is retained.

Confirmation Checkpoint Coaching

• Single session: Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Monthly block: Cancel the next renewal with at least 7 days notice before the next billing date; completed sessions are non-refundable.
• No-show: Session is charged in full with no refund.

Session Review Clinic

• More than 48 hours before clinic: Full refund or transfer to the following month.
• Within 48 hours: No refund; observer slots may transfer once if we can fill the presenter slot.

Rescheduling by Datapathbase

If we cancel or reschedule a session, you may choose a full refund or a place on the rescheduled date. We are not responsible for travel costs you incur, but we will offer transfer without penalty.

Non-refundable items

Completed coaching sessions, clinic attendance, and workshop days already delivered are non-refundable. Third-party costs you arrange separately (travel, lodging, broker data) are never refunded by us.

Refund process

Email hello@datapathbase.click with your booking reference. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add additional days.

Exceptions

Medical or emergency exceptions may be considered with documentation. Contact us promptly — decisions are made case by case and do not create a precedent.
